- Reactor at the Jülich Research Centre
- D3 measuring station in the Hasylab at DESY in Hamburg
- Rotax measuring station ISIS in England
- Co-operation with the institutes of the Poppelsdorf cluster
of ceramic materials, high-alloy materials, hard metals and all common materials by means of
- CNC turning, milling
- by cylindrical and surface grinding, sawing, drilling, bending, cutting, engraving
of high-quality vacuum components:
- Plasma, Wi, spot welding
- Hard and soft soldering
- Creating CNC programmes for Prototrak MX2 and Sinomerik 810
- Creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using Autodesk Mechanical Desktop
In addition to the usual hand tools and measuring instruments, we also have a Vickers hardness tester
Our materials warehouse is stocked with: Special steels, stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metal semi-finished products, plastics, ceramic materials
Training: We have been successfully training precision mechanics for decades!
